A short, plain summary of how the program works. A full referral agreement is issued and signed before any commission is confirmed.

Who Can Refer
Anyone with a genuine connection to a building owner, property manager, or facility decision-maker in the UAE. Eastern Coast employees and existing clients under an active contract are not eligible.
What Counts as a Valid Referral
A referral must be a new introduction — a contact Eastern Coast has not already engaged with independently in the prior 6 months. Submitting the same referral more than once does not create additional claims.
When Commission Is Paid
Commission is calculated once the referred client signs a confirmed contract and is paid within 30 days of contract commencement, per the referral agreement issued to you at that stage.
Rate & Scope
Up to 5% of the first year's confirmed contract value, applicable to both facilities management and manpower supply agreements. Exact rate is confirmed in writing per referral.
